This site is about Calamari and Liddiette (Cali and Liddie for short), two English Springer Spaniels who live with us, their people, Michelle and Eric, in Tucson, AZ. They have quite a story to tell, but since they can't type, we'll tell it for them.

Liddie was born in 1996. Her full name is Tristar Tori's Liddiette CGC RN TDI.

Cali is Liddie's puppy, born in 2000. Her full name is Tristar Copper Calamari CGC RN TDI.

So what are all those letters after their names? Those are titles and certifications they they have earned. Those accomplishments are a big part of the story of their "second life" since they came to live with us in September 2006.

Liddie and Cali came to live with us in September 2006. Their owner / breeded, Marsha Ambrose, had passed away and they had been turned over to Engish Springer Rescue America for adoption. Both of them were overweight and had health problems.
